By accessing or using Senpost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Senpost for personal or organizational publishing purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials without authorization
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of your authorized organization
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Senpost
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• You must not transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Content Guidelines

Senpost is designed for trustworthy, human-curated content. You agree to:

• Not misrepresent or manipulate third-party media
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Not use the platform for spreading misinformation or extremist content
• Maintain the dignity and respect befitting your audience

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. The 7-day free trial is available only for new users and requires a valid payment method.

API and Hosting Costs

Our pricing reflects the costs associated with maintaining social platform integrations, secure media storage, content delivery networks, and the human-review workflows that keep Senpost reliable for teams.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Senpost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you upload or schedule remains yours; you grant Senpost the limited rights necessary to process and distribute it on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

Senpost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive to maintain high availability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
